If you are a brand founder in the UK and share our common values, as well as provide consumers with high-quality products or services, we welcome you to join as a Freedom Card merchant. There are no restrictions on the industry, and you can offer special discounts to cardholders to attract more customers for ongoing business.

Q1 : Will more merchants be invited to join or other beneficiary institutions be added in the future?

A1 : Absolutely, Freedom Card welcomes more merchants from different cities and industries to join. It also welcomes cooperation with non-profit or charitable organisations that share the same philosophy. Recommendations are welcome.

Q2 : Do I need to pay to join as a partner merchant? What are the advantages after joining?

A2 : Free of charge. Merchants can enjoy totally 5 advantages without any additional manpower, including establishing social corporate responsibility, expanding customer base, improving competitiveness, increasing exposure, and receiving 1 hour of free franchise and business consulting services. Q3 : How is the donation plan works?

A3 : At least 50% of the sales of Freedom Card will be donated to relevant organisations according to the wishes of consumers without deducting costs. After donating, the relevant amount will be recorded in the social media post as proof.

Q4 : Do consumers need to provide personal information when purchasing a Freedom Card? How will relevant information be protected?

A4 : To protect cardholders, consumers do not need to provide their real names. They only need to provide their nickname and email in the Google Form for contact purposes. The information is also strictly confidential. We will comply with the requirements of GDPR and are registered with the ICO.
